Strengthening vocal health in adults:

- your ability to express yourself professionally and privately, e.g. when speaking, reading aloud, singing, giving presentations, etc.

and is indispensable in speaking professions, as a singer or simply when you want your voice to be heard.

You recognize the symptoms
for example:

- becoming voiceless with frequent talking
- You may experience difficulty clearing your throat, a feeling of pressure, strained speech or rapid vocal fatigue
- the voice sounds rough or breathy and is monotone
- You experience a foreign body sensation in the throat area or a tight throat
- You feel restricted in your body mobility and have tension in your jaw, neck and shoulder area
- Shortness of breath

Treatment

To give you an idea of what to expect in our practice if you have decided to undergo voice therapy, we have put together some information on professional voice training for you. The full costs are covered by health insurance up to the age of 18 and with a 10% co-payment for adults (in accordance with statutory regulations).
